Goals
- Land forecasts with less email.
- Keep compliance and cert-of-analysis documents flowing into one known place.
- Know when a product line is about to launch or retire so inventory follows.
Pain points
- Forecast changes come by spreadsheet attached to an email thread.
- Each plant has its own way of requesting docs; nothing is searchable after the fact.
- Visibility into which contractors are pulling which products would help him plan — today it's guesswork.
